March 04: Unidentified mob ransack Hyderabad Press Club.
March 4: Supporters of Mumtaz Qadri attack office of Aaj TV in Karachi for lack of coverage of funeral of Mumtaz Qadri in Rawalpindi on March 1.
March 4: Angry mob attacks DSNG van of Express News channel in Karachi.
March 16: A court in Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province sentenced accused in the murder case of journalist Ayub Khattak to life imprisonment and fined Rs.0.5 million.
March 26: Journalist Rehmatullah Bhutto, working for Sindh Express News in Larkana district of Sindh province, is booked under terrorism charges – section 6K-ATA – which relates to extortion of money – allegedly influenced by Sindh Assembly Member Muhammad Ali Bhutto.
March 27: Members Anjuman-e-Talbaa Islam (ATI) fired shots targeting the building of Karachi Press Club and then attacked with bottle bombs which caused injuries of two Jaag News TV reporter Abdul Rehman and his Cameraman. They tried to invade the KPC building and damaged a DSNG van of Jaag News and successfully snatched three cameras from camerapersons.
March 27: A case was lodged against unidentified armed attackers, under sections 7ATA, 427, 511, 436, 379, 149, 148, 149 at Artillery Maidan Police station, Karachi.
March 27: The Governing Body of Karachi Press Club imposed a ban on the leaders of Anjuman-e-Talbaa Islam (ATI) after its members attacked the building of the press club injuring journalists and damaging a van of Jaag News TV channel.
March 28: Police arrest seven accused persons – Umair Khan, Ubaid Ahmed, Khawaja Raza, Zafar Iqbal, Mohammad Raza, Abdul Qadir and Irfan – belonging to Anjuman-e-Talbaa Islam (ATI) in connection with attack on Karachi Press Club on March 27.

March 31: A DSNG driver and two reporters, identified as Sarfaraz Kaimkhani and Zahid Ghaffar, were injured due to the pelting of stones during clashes between supporters of Members of the newly-instituted Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) faced supporters and sympathisers of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) who pelted the former’s convoy with stones in Tando Allahyar and Mirpurkhas districts.
